A row house from the 1970s was planned for a comprehensive modernization of its technical systems (heating, plumbing, and electrical). Major changes to the floor plan were not intended, and the client did not require any advanced technical features. The project had a limited budget, but the potential future expansion of the attic was to be considered in the planning of the building's technical systems.
The task was to develop a technical concept for the heating, plumbing, electrical, and optionally ventilation systems. This included details such as utility connections, routing of pipes and cables, placement of appliances and fixtures, and a brief description of the installations. The planning documents included floor plans for the basement, upper floor, and ground floor, coordinated with furniture layouts and intended use.
